Tapped high and low sides to reclaim the unit and found also 200psi on the high side and a 2in vac on the low (compressor not pumping right). Replaced the compressor and pulled a vac on the unit for 15mins and watch off a vac for 15mins to hold. Recharged system with 5.50oz of 134a. Unit began to cool and compressor much quieter.
