When I arrived checked diagnostics, f5e1 lid switch, f1e2 motor control fault, cleared, ran auto test, during agitate motor started off switching directions, then went in one direction for an extended period then just hummed, door unlocked and lid lock was flashing, unit stayed stalled out, had to manually click through steps, visually inspected bottom of unit, all connections good, checked cap based on hum and customer description of his experience, looks good, went back into diagnostics and ran manual agitate(both) and spin(both), performed fine, ran another auto test, went through fine, appears to be main control related, quoted board W10745339
