Checked diagnostics and found a out of balance error. Cleared error and had customer get towels to test. Found and instructed customer on loading (like fabrics and evenly around the agitator). Filled and agitated load and ran a drain and spin to demonstrate proper spin. Found unit to spin without issue. Complaint that the timer is not advancing no matter the cycle. Cust has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semirigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Checked unit and found when in timed setting or sensor dry the contacts T-F are not closing causing no power to TM motor.
