Checked unit for errors and found F8E1 LO Flo (no water detected entering the unit). F0E1 load detected during the clean washer cycle. F8E3 overflow condition. Tested unit in service mode and found no water entering the unit causing the error to display F8E0. Advised the customer they need to get their hot water fixed. Tech was able to start every cycle as long as cold water was selected. Tech is not able to get behind unit to check drain, outlet, and supply hoses. Customer also stated that the units lights sometimes work and then don’t. Checked and found relay on power board not closing. Customer also having a door issue (not closing properly).
