Complaint that the unit is not draining. Checked unit and didnt find any standing water and the drain working. Tested a normal wash and canceled the cycle to check a full drain while inspecting the drain hose finding it properly installed with a loop. Checked the errors and found a 8-1 slow drain, 6-4 open float, and 5-1 door stuck open error. Checked the float and found ok. Checked and found a lot of debris in the filter housing. Allowed the unit to complete a service cycle and found to complete without error. Advised the customer to use a cleaner to eliminate the odor and to clean filters.
