Cust complaint that she can put VERY little product in deli drawer without the drawer sliding forward and sometimes falling out. Austin--- file number ---7719307302. Then Rick- according to Rick (senior tech) this is the way it is designed and this is not a drawer that you are supposed to not support when you pull it out. There are no bearings or glides that support drawer and there is nothing wrong i can do to change issue for customer. : customer wants to say " this product is poor, i should not have to be so overly conscience of opening the meat drawer.
