Checked over wirings and temp sensor and its reading correctly also checked oven calibration to make sure it was good and it was so I tested the oven by preheating it to 350* and waited about 15mins to verify temps and it was around 346* and 355* so I explained to customer to try it out by preheating and waiting at least 15mins before inserting food to see how it works out for them if same issue persists they will need cintrol board which is the only thing that runs the oven. ; ordrng 1 5304510064 (Control) and 1 316419353 (Overlay)
