Cc that they used the bake option couples days ago and her food got burnt on top and it happened 2 times and that after that happened 2 times when she tried it again its been working fine but also mentioned that it happened after a self cleaning cycle she ran. Explained to her that the self clean will put a lot of stress on control and cooling fan so I Tested unit by running a preheat at 350* waited about 15mins to see the temperature after it cycled on and of about 3 times and the temperature was between 355* and 360* also tried the broil and it was working as should explained to customer that it couldve been a glitch in the control after trying to do the self cleaning cycle but unit is showing me that its working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not starting m verify and unit is dead, noticed GFCI was tripped, tried resetting it but no power on it, found breaker tripped, reset breaker and GFCI unit started, let unit fill half then set it to drain, unit has a metal net on drain hose and its fully clogged up but when unit goes to drain water squirting everywhere and GFCI got wet and tripped, advise customer to replace the net to avoid GFCI getting wet and tripped again. Opt test ok"
