Complaint that the unit is not spinning the clothing out. Checked unit for errors and found a F0E5 out of balance load detected. Tested unit in auto test mode and found the unit was was very un level causing the out of balance errors. Leveled the unit and found a better spin to the unit. Advised the customer to use no more than 2tbls of detergent (tech found excessive suds when testing the unit). Customer also has unit plugged into a power strip that also has a cable amplifier plugged into as well that could cause feed back causing the unit to not work correctly. Complaint that the unit has long dry times that the customer needs to run back to back cycles. Checked unit and found over a 20’ foil style vent on unit. Tech explained to the customer that the type of venting they are using is not only a potential fire risk it will also cause long dry times. Tech also for the lint screen to be covered in fabric softener after running it under water and found the water to not drain.
