CC that there is frost on the top of the door and at top of the fz and when shutting the doors you can hear the compressor rattle. Compressor is not rattling, there was a bottle hitting the back wall in the ff. The fz door was not level with the ff door. Called tl Robert file #7720387471. Had me check the bottom of the ff frame to see if there is any separation, good. Checked the tabs on the fz frame if they were siliconed, good. There is an air leaking coming in from somewhere. Robert is submitting this to engineering to see if there is anything else we can do. If i do not hear from him today. Whirlpool will be contacting the cust to replace the unit.
