Found evap is frosted over however the heater was sweating. Wrapped copper wire around heater. Wire was warm to the touch. Unit appears to be running defrost and cooling at the same time. Complaint that the unit displays F8E2 dispenser motor error. Verified error and preformed the steps in the tech sheet. Found the linkage good and the motor resistance checking pin 1-3 at DI6 on the ccu at 1,500ohms (1400-1600 good). Tested the quick diagnostics and looked for the motor to move and return to position 1 (pre wash), op test good. Tested the unit in a normal wash after clearing the error and found good op and not able to duplicate the problem. Tech also advised the customer to use no more than 2tbls of detergent to prevent suds and that their water supply shutoff leaks a little when turned off. ; , Job Cmpltd,
