When I was there last time I checked to see if the transmission itself is free by spinning the transmission I did not spend the basket so if I found the basket was severely tilted inside the drum putting a lot of resistance causing the belt slip. Customer wants reimbursed part and labor machine is an older machine they don't want to put too much into it;
