Customers complaint that the unit isnt washing well, not getting clothing completely wet, and no spinning out large items. Checked unit and found a stored F0E3 (overload) and F0E5 (off balance load). Checked the units suspension and found good. Per the tech sheet checked for something causing friction between the tub and basket and found basket to move freely. Tested the unit on the cycle the customer says isnt working correctly (bedding) and found the unit to fill about 3/4 full of water. Suggested to the customer that they load items evenly around the wash plate and not on top. Also suggested to the customer to use the deep clean cycle to help disolve all the detergent. Both errors are caused by off balance loads. Tech advised the customer to do like fabric loads to further issues. ; Job Cmpltd,

Customers complaint is that it takes several cycles to dry any type of load. Cust has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semirigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Checked the airflow outside and found good temps and airflow. Ran the unit in self diagnostics and found unit to pass all test. Checked the temp at the outside exhaust and found 152 degrees. Customer using mostly auto dry cycles and tech advised that the auto dry cycles are not designed to dry loads completely to prevent fabric damage. Tech advised the customer to change the venting to the proper material and that if they are still continuing to have issues to have us back out. Unit working at normal op. ; Job Cmpltd,
