Explained to her that those thermometers are slow reacting, so I preheated both ovens to 350* waited about 15mins after preheat was done to checked temperatures and the temperatures were perfect in both ovens at 352* to 360* and than showed the customer the difference from the thermometers she uses for the ovens they are really slow reacting and will give you way less temperature than what its actually at. Unit is working as designed."

"Cc that door was locked and it was showing an F3E1 error. Confirmed cc, door was locked and only drain pump was running unit was in flood mode. Ran diagnostics and got unit to unlock and erased the F3E1 error code which was water level error. Reseted unit and ran a test cycle and it passed through the whole test perfectly. Checked pressure hose to make sure it wasnt kinked and blew through it to make sure it wasnt clogged up tested good. Explained to customer it couldve been a glitch in the control or just debris or soap inside pressure hose and I blew it out but unit is working as should now recommended him to monitor for now opt test good."

Cc that unit was making a loud noise when running and slow ice production it only makes about ten cubes of ice a day. Verified noise and found the condenser lines going into the cabinet vibrating with each other adjusted them and sound stopped. For the ice maker I checked temperatures and freezer was at 5* and ff section at 36*. Checked for error codes and no error codes ice maker cycles as well. I lowered the temperature for customer to see if that would help but still ordering ice maker to replace because thermistor might not be reading temperature correctly.; ordrng 1 W11626124 (Ice maker)
