Comp when washing dark items in cold water, does not spin water out of clothes and she has to run a drain/spin cycle, and hears a loud "clunking" sound, but when washing in hot water, everything is fine. Washer plugged into a gfci receptacle, advised cust that iaw the manufacturer's installation manual, the washer must be plugged into a properly polarized, non-gfci receptacle. Init fault code display: F0e2 (oversuds condition detected), cleared. Cust is using HE detergent, however, she may be using too much. Calibrated washer, no abnormal sounds during the calibration. Ran auto test, failed, did not spin or drain, just stopped the test, and all lights went out and lid unlocked. Init fault code display, no faults. Calibrated again, ran auto test, this time it passed. Cust is using too much detergent, advised her to use no more than 1 tbsp of HE detergent.; Job Cmpltd,

Customers complaint is that the units time for the cycle is stuck on 1hr/27mins for all cycles except for normal wash. Customer stated that the normal cycle was doing the same thing and she unplugged the unit and the time came back to normal. Checked unit and found the cycle time set for 1hr 27mins. Checked the units error history and found a F5E2 door lock error. Checked the door lock function and found at normal op. Ran a test cycle in diagnostics which completed without error. Checked the cycle times and found dely start to not deactivate. Unit needs UI due to being stuck in delay wash. Cust has a foil accordion style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semi rigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard.
