No upper loop in drain hose, corrected. Hot water temp: 109 (see pic), advised cust manufacturer requires a minimum of 120 degrees of water in order for dw to properly dissolve detergent and clean the dishes, need the hot water tank temp turned up, recommended turn up to 125 degrees and run hot water in sink prior to starting cycle.
