Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semiÂrigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. omplaint is that the unit is not cooling properly. Checked unit tempss when arrived and found the ff ranging between 36-32 at the lowest point of the unit and the fz section at 0. Checked test 56 and found no errors. Customer concern is that the unit will not maintain a constent temp and is concerned because their thermometer reads up to 50degs sometimes. Tech advised the customer that the thermometer is measuring the air temp when what should be measured is the temp of the contents. Unit is plugged in to a nonÂgrounded receptacle, recommended cust have a properly grounded receptacle installed by a qualified professional.
