Complaint that the unit takes several cycles to dry the clothing. Cust has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semiÂrigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Tested the unit on a high heat timed dry and found the outsode exhaust temp at 100degs. Let you run for several minutes and then checked the internal temp of the drum and found between 165-178.
