"Cc unit clothes coming out wrinkled, unit is moving forward out of place. Went into diagnostics, no error codes. Ran test mode, good. All components working. Bypassed lid to watch cycles. Put a load of towels in. Ran normal cycle to get water into unit, watched for 15 mins, good. Filled, washing, all good. Ran a drain/spin cycle. Good. Ended and clothes are dry. Went over with unit coming out of place, no overloading and to also try Anti Vibration Pads to help from loving and less vibration. As far as wrinkled clothing goes. Advised reasons for wrinkled clothes Improper sorting of the wash load, Too many items in the washer for the load size selected, Use of an incorrect wash cycle for the type of clothes being washed, Washing repeatedly in water that is too hot for fabric, Failure to use fabric softener. Any of these of all of this combined could be causing issue. Clothes can wrap around agitator if improperly put in. As of now, unit is running normally. Customer can contact Whirlpool Customer Service if needed.Called techline to document. Unit is working as designed, all functions and options are good and normal."

Cc that unit was making a loud noise when running tested unit and could hear change. Looked inside drum and there was a nickel dime and penny stuck between seal and bulk head removed them tested unit opt test good.

Cc that unit is heating sometimes. This is a spark igniter so I checked i. The warming drawer and unit it had metal cookie sheets stored inside which could cause the spark to spark on the cookie sheets instead of the burner. Tested unit and it sparked right away with no issue turned it off and started again with no issues so I let get to 350* to make sure it will get to temp and reignite and it did checked temps and it was holding at 357* which is perfect waited about 5mins to test again and it started just clicking so waited for it to cool down removed burner cover and checked igniter and I found igniter screws loose retightened them reinstalled everything tested unit again opt test good. Recommended customer not to stack the drawer with metal pans or cookie sheets to avoid issue as of now unit is working perfectly fine.
