Water did not drain, followed drain hose around to sink to find, improper hose ( heater hose for a car) finishing out the last 4 ft of hose to disposal, hose had a kink in it. Freed the kink. Tested unit again opt test good, had customer verify that it was working. Showed customer the last bit of hose, and explained that it should be replaced with proper drainage hose."
