Customers complaint is that the unit is not cleaning during the aqua clean. Customer was under the impression that the unit would clean on its own. Tech advosed the customer that with the aqua self clean that scrubbing will have to be done after the cycle that this unit is not designed to get up in heat burn the over spills to ash. Tech also advised customer that on page 12 of their owners manual that additional cleans may have to be done for stubborn soil. Customer states that they can not get down on their hands and knees due to age to scrub a stove. Called and spoke to at Kathy tech line sr# 7719066942 asking if there is anything that can be done to help the customer out. Per Kathy the unit has to be scrubbed before and after the cycle.
