Started up and watched jump back to 12 and finished remaining mins. Unit did not go out of balance, no extra banging, unit finished without needing to pause to adjust clothes. Removed clothes, ran diagnostics, F0E3 Overload, F0E5 Off Balance. Cleared codes, ran test mode, good. All components working. Ran a calibration, good. Advised customer to not overload or under load unit, use appropriate cycles and settings, if needed will have to pause and rearrange clothes (normal to have to do that if load is too heavy or is all to one side, drop clothes is loosely around basket. Adjusted leveling slightly, back feet. Also advised of putting on Anti Vibration Pads for unit, to help dampen vibration and movement. Unit is good and working properly. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit not cooling. 70* FF, 30* FZ. Tried putting into diagnostics, holding Water, Crushed, Cube. Could not hear 3 way valve. Went to back, comp running. Found that the main control that was replaced, J12 connector was not plugged in, and thats to 3 way valve. GE techline said to plug in connection, reset unit and check frost pattern. Slight frost starting to form. Good. Give 24 hours to return to normal temps. Since customer has extended warranty through GE, will need to contact them for any assistance further needed. Op Test Ok."
