Called WP techline, Drew, ensure proper polarity and voltage. If everything checks good, advise customer to contact an electrician. Checked polarity, proper polarity. Voltage checks good at 122v. Hooked up killawatt to monitor amp draw. Ran drain and spin. Unit locked and spun for approx 1 min before breaker tripped. Amp draw peaked at .97A. Advised customer they will need to contact an electrician."

Explained and demonstrated the Extra Power button to customer. Adds 10-15 mins of pre wash to start of cycle, slowly adds water in every couple of mins, customer can turn off if not needing. Ran diagnostics, no error codes. All components working correctly. Went into a Normal Wash. Advancing properly. Lifted up top to check Tub Ring, seems like maybe it got caught on something and lipped over the suspension or so and when customer moved it thats what the sound was. As of now customer said unit is working, just wanted checked out. Everything checks good. Op Test Ok"

"Cc unit not really spinning. Heard a squeak and scratching from unit, found a stuck coin and replaced belt from t/s just incase it was coming from that area. Found F8E1 Long fill error code. Found cold water from house either turned off or turned on very low so not a lot of cold water coming in. In theory if cold water is taking long to come in on Rinse cycle, since unit is only cold water Rinse, it will try to fill up and then since it cant, will shut off leaving wet clothes. Turned the cold valve from house all the way open so more can come out into washer. Ran diagnostics again, hot and cold functioning as it should. Good. Also advised customer if a bigger load like covers. Might have to Drain and Spin if the load is heavy. Unit is good. Op Test Ok. ; used 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
