Tapped system to check low side pressure, reading 18 in/hg vacuum. Shut down unit to record equalization pressure. System equalized at 12 psi. Pressurized system with nitrogen to 140 psi, no leaks detected at this time. Let sit pressurized for 15 minutes, pressure decayed 2 psi. Called wp techline, Brandon, need to find leak in system, most likely near evaporator, would try replacing this if leak is still not able to be found. Customer is calling KA first to see if unit can be exchanged, do not order parts yet. Customer will call office if unit cannot be exchanged; ordrng 1 WPW10218037 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10200037 (Drier)"

Ran unit checked ventilation and it was good, so I removed the plug for the peep hole to see it cycling on and off to see if the coils were the issue and let it cycle about 7 times and it was igniting every time with no issue. Took out the lint trap and found lint trap clogged with stuck on lint and what it looks like softer explained to customer what we found and how to try to avoid issue and keeping lint trap clean. She stated she will get it cleaned up good to avoid issue."
