If not draining correctly, couldve been giving false error codes. Now unit is working normally. Advised customer if error code comes up again for any controls, all controls are NLA, discontinued. Unit was fine when i arrived so i took temps freezer was at 6* and ff section was 35* and unit was working in the ff section at the moment so i ran diagnostics and ran the freezer evap fan and it started making the noise took apart freezer section and found frost on the back wall of the freezer and ice buildup under fan explained to customer that if door was probed open it will cause frost or moisture and buildup into ice or frost steamed out ice and explained to customer to make sure for these freezer doors you want to open them from the middle so the door will open straight and not jump any teeth on the rails causing door to not close properly because of being uneven. Opt test ok.

Calling techline to document and see if any additional tips or pointers for customer. Advised customer to make sure to check that option is set to on or at desired spin speed. Also has max fill/deep fill option. Ran diagnostics cycle, all components working correctly.
