Observed unit for 15 minutes. No issues found. Asked customer what lights were blinking on console, they did not remember. Unable to duplicate cycle concern at this time. Advised customer to monitor."

No issues found. Customer ststed they had 2 occasions were the cycle did not finish and the lid was still locked. Advised customer is load did not balance properly during spin cycle, unit will fault and end the cycle. Advised on load sizing and distribution as well as running an addition Drain and Spin cycle if load did not spin out satisfactory."
