"Cc unit moved off pad, had to rearrange load to complete cycleCustomer stated the unit moved itself off the blocks he had the unit installed on, must have happened during the spin cycle, he found it stopped and had to restart the cycle. Ran diagnostics, found code f0e5 for offbalance load and f1e2 for motor over voltage. Same issue as last time, load not evenly distributed during spin cycle. Called WPL Tech-Line, Nate, due to fault codes in history, unit is not balancing load. Advised to ensure customer is loading unit with enough for proper/even distribution during entire cycle. Unit is working as designed, no action needed. Advised customer on load sizing and distribution."

"Cc brand new, so far about 70% of time unit will fill and go right cycle complete. Went through diagnostics. F0E3 overload , F0E5 off balance load, F5E4 lid not opened between cycles, F7E3 basket engaged during wash. Cleared codes. Ran test mode, removed stuck coin between agitator, reset unit and recalibration cycle. Everything works until it gets to spin mode, medium spin will work but if it tries to go into high spin it will start clanking the drum back and forth and not complete. Could be motor problem or internal gearcase malfunction.
