Cc that unit is not draining. Verified warranty with BJ and unit is still under warranty took picture of POP. So I ran unit and nothing was happening so we took it out from spot to get to drain pump and found that the drain pump had a piece of glass stuck in the impellers causing it not to drain. Removed piece of glass reinstalled everything tested unit opt test ok. Also advised customer to get an electrician to verify the fuse box because it has damages and its a fire hazard.
