Cc that unit is not draining. Verified warranty with BJ and unit is still under warranty took picture of POP. So I ran unit and nothing was happening so we took it out from spot to get to drain pump and found that the drain pump had a piece of glass stuck in the impellers causing it not to drain. Removed piece of glass reinstalled everything tested unit opt test ok. Also advised customer to get an electrician to verify the fuse box because it has damages and its a fire hazard.

CC that the water is hot and does not spin or drain the clothes out. Can not change the spin speed. Ran diag no codes. Advised cust each cycle is set up diff on selecting the spin cycle. (Normal cycle is fast or off) Found the hot and cold are reversed. Switched the hoses. Ran a calibration. Started a quick wash clothes. Advised cust 1-2 tablespoons of he detergent or 1 pod and half a basket is a full load. Opt test ok.
