Cc that she thinks oven is not cooking evenly because she had a turkey in the oven and the bottom side got burnt and the top was not cooked all the way. So I started a bake to 350* and waited about 10 to 15 mins to let it cycle and average out the temperature and it was at at 320* not getting g to the correct temp. So I calibrated the oven tested again and now it was getting g to 352-360*. Recommended customer to not use the rapid just to use standard preheat and wait at least 10-15mins before inserting food.

Arrived at home and when I took temps the freezer was at 8* and ff section at 39*. Removed evap cover and it had a full frost pattern. So not sure if it was just a floating restriction or a control board issue. So I replaced control board and recommended customer to monitor because if it would have a freon leak it would not not build up a frost or even tend to lower the temps as much as it did. Customer will monitor if any issues will call back.

Removed, also found elbow connection gasket split due to over tightening. Used miscellaneous truck stock part to replace inlet valve, also replaced elbow connector gasket(this is miscellaneous truck supplies, not a part). Powered unit on, turned on water supply, no leaks. Ran test cycle, all functions passed, no leaks from unit. Op test good. ; used 1 W11535094 (Inlet-water) from stock"
