When cycle finished, I felt all towels. All feels normal. Advised customer as before, if needed after a cycled wash, can also use drain/spin if needed. Make sure to not overfill the washer and that the load is balanced to avoid the issue from recurring. Unit is good. Functioning properly. Called techline to document. Confirmed, found ff evaporator drip pan bowed, will need replaced. Unit is not cooling at this time, no dispense functions are working. Checked pantry board for signs of corrosion or shorting. Some moisture inside board space, but board is functional. Unplugged board and power cycled unit. Unit functions restored. Left pantry board unplugged, advised customer to monitor unit functionality. If after several weeks, unit did not have issues, then we can replace pantry board. Ordering drip pan to remedy ff drain issue. ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Drip pan)"
