Cc that the unit is not baking cookies or her cakes correctly. Checked calibration and they calibrated it at 25* higher so I calibrated it back to zero to test the unit then Preheated unit to 350* and waited 20mins so it could cycle on and off to test the temperature if it was far off or in range and it was at 340* and 344* so I calibrated it at 10* higher to compensate the difference but unit is heating as should also recommended customer to wait at least 20mins before inserting there cookies or whatever there going to bake to make sure the temperature is in range of what they set it to and that in the owners manual it should show them what setting the rack should be at depending on what there baking unit working as should cannot detect any issues opt test ok.

"Cc unit ice is melting. Took temps with probe for both sections. Normal, 37/38* for FF and below 0* for FZ. FF evap is good, updated and not covered in frost. All gaskets check good around doors. No water build up in FF deli drawer and wires are good as well. Went though diagnostics. Found Frost on back FZ evap cover, not allowing fan to move properly. Tested Test 36 for icemaker fan. Humming but not pushing air through properly. Test 56 for icemaker gave E5 error. Proper voltage to evap fan and harness. Heater close to 30 ohms. Not defrosting. Will need icemaker fan, FZ evap fan with harness kit. Ordering fans. Turned icemaker off until all is fixed. ** 2 hour job count ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Icemaker fan) and 1 W11249952 (Evap fan with harness), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

Cc that the plastic bowls are not drying completely. Explained to customer that plastic bowls are hard for them to dry specially on a plastic tub dishwasher it builds up a lot of moisture from the steam and wont let them dry so I suggested her if she still wants to wash the plastic bowls in the dishwasher once the dishwasher is done to crack the door open so the steam can come out and try not to buildup moisture as much also she is not using rinse aid gave her some test samples from the truck so she can fill up for the rinse aid and to please run the hot water first in the sink to make sure there is hot water coming in to the unit instead of cold making the heater get disabled because of the cold water. So I ran diagnostics no error codes also ran a full test cycle to make sure everything is functioning and it was heater is heating perfectly also showed her how to remove and clean her filter opt test ok.
