Verified and confirmed made sure unit had no error codes to make sure the cooling fan is good pr any errors with overheating but no error codes were found also made sure that the oven seal was good and it was. Turned on oven and showed the customer that the heat vents through the top of the door as well right under the knobs and bezels and the bezels being plastic the finish after time with the heat starts wrinkling up so I called tech line spoke with Leon explained issue and stated that if the seal is good and venting properly and the cooling fan is good customer will need the knobs replaced and there is no service pointer on issue. Cc that unit is leaking from the front of the door in the middle. So I took off front panel and started unit and it would fill pause fill and by the third time it would have so much water it would start to splash from the bottom off door so I verified and found that customer had the supply line coming from the basement directly from the main hot water line with a regular size washer hose and had at lot of pressure. So I turned down the pressure on the valve to see if it would still have the same issue and it fixed the issue unit stopped leaking it had so much pressure that the unit would receive more water than its supposed to causing it to leak opt test ok.

"Cc unit was not cooling, no lights on in the fridge, no fans working. Customer said unit did start to work back after a couple days, said he moved unit out a half in or so from wall, reset power to unit. As for now, temp reads 0 in FZ, items in FZ are cold and frozen. Temp in FF reads about 38/39*. All good in FF good, ice on door being made. No water in deli drawer, connections good. Checked SPs, nothing pertaining. No frost build up or anything. Went into diagnostics, test 3 all fans working. Test 15, ice level sensor is working correctly. Test 36 ice box fan working, test 37 thermistor pass. No ice maker error codes, icemaker cycled. Called for water. Reset power to unit for over 1 min. Good. As of now, all functions working correctly. Op Test Ok."
