Canceled the cycle and noticed it was not draining verified and found that the garbage disposal was new and had the plug on still. Cc that unit is not draining. When i arrived unit was out of place because rent a center let them borrow one in the mean while water was removed by customer i removed drain pump and hose on bottom of unit and found that drain pump was clogged up and had a hair pin blocking impellers as well. Replaced drain pump removed other washer to install the original unit to test it. Unit started filling and draining as should. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit is still not baking as should. Took unit out to check power and unit has 210vac its a older building. Calked BJ and stated it should work as should but unit can take longer to get to temperature because of voltage. So i put unit to preheat to 350* with a metal cookie sheet again waited 15mins after preheat checked temperatures and were at 360* to 362* i called whirlpool techline and spoke with Rich explained issue to him and stated that all the test that i did were good.

"Cc unit stopped mid cycle, did not drain out. Ran diagnostics, found code f9e1 for long drain and f8e6 for water hazard. Ran manual drain pump test several times. Drain pump is activating. Ran up auto test, all functions passed. Ran quick wash test w/ max fill enabled. Unit stopped cycling during rinse and spin. Checked power from main control to pump, pump is not receiving 120v. Checked continuity through wire harness, harness reading open. Checked wire harness for breaks, found pushing on upper portion of harness activated drain pump. Harness has a wire break and will need replaced. Customer is calling WP/Maytag to see if they will pick up repair cost. ; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Main harness)"
