Took apart ice maker and found heater not on correctly on water line causing the line to be frozen so I installed it correctly and replaced fan in icebox, ice maker was not the correct one sent but the one installed was cycling fine than I and reseted unit. Ran test to make sure it will fill and and finish cycle and also customer has low water pressure in home which I explained to them that could cause problems with water valve whipping water because of the low pressure asked them to monitor it for now to see how it works out with the heater properly installed."

"Installed convent fan assembly. Ran test convect bake. Unit preheated. Oven probe and thermal coupler within 10 degrees. Monitored, temps dropped over 100 degrees and did not re ignite. Cancelled convect, restarted convect reading 260 degrees on display thermal coupler reading 186 degrees. Unit reheated after restarting convect. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with rob. He stated sounds like a bad ground on bake circuit. He stated could also be a bad dsi board, or harness. He also stated to ensure unit is on its own dedicated circuit. Customer believes unit is on its own dedicated circuit. Installed grounding strap on burner. Needs dsi board, temp probe, and harness; ordrng 1 W10833885 (sensor) and 1 W10860916 (module-spk) and 1 W11198972 (harns-wire) and 1 W11465340 (Harness)"
