"Cc that unit will not go through cycles they have to manually set cycles between wash rinse and spin. Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E1 long fill, no fill so I tested the inlet valve for the cold and hot and the main valves from the house were not opened all the way opened them up tested again and water started coming out as should so I ran a calibration and auto test and passed also customer wanted to make sure it would at least switch to rinse by itself so we used some towels to test it and I set it to a quick wash and waited until it switch from wash to rinse by itself with no issues and it did just recommended customer to leave valves opened as they are and she should be good opt test ok."

Ran dryer op test, checked airflow at vent outlet, good airflow, no restrictions. Found the scrapping noise in question is due to drum contacting the right side panel, panel is warped in. Customer was aware of the warped panel when purchased from American Freight scratch and dent. Ran timed dry on high heat, cycling properly peaking at 182 degrees. Advised use of timed dry cycle for large or smaller loads. Op test good."

"Cc ever since they got it, from start intermittently unit is banging even in sense cycle. Ran unit with towels in. Drain hose is hitting the back of unit and wall. Corrected by using zip ties on hose, and moving unit away from wall. Re-leveled unit. Ran a entire drain/spin. Good. Not hitting or making noise. If goes off balance, corrects itself. Also suggest to customer of putting on anti vibration pads. Can also add styrofoam around drain hose if needed. Called whirlpool techline to document and see if they had any more information. Banging in sensing can occur if to heavy of a load is unbalanced or too light of a load is unbalanced. Machine should rebalance itself. No error codes. Ran a test load and calibration. Techline says all normal functions. Op Test Ok."

Checked for error codes and no error codes but I checked the calibration and it was set to plus 30* which they were not aware of it so I set it back to normal because they were stating that there food was cooking to fast or overheating.
