So I ran diagnostics and there were no error codes got unit out of diagnostics and everything started working as should unit started sensing filling and washing cancelled out the cycle and drain as should as well so I ran diagnostics again and ran step 12 which is an auto test to make sure all the functions work properly and it passed as well panel or control couldve had a glitch but at the moment unit is working as should opt test ok.

Cc that unit around the front control panel was getting too hot when she was using the top and the oven. Explained to customer that it will tend to get hot if shes using both at the same time but to test it just in case we set the oven to 350* to see if it would still be hot around the front panel where the ui is but it was good felt a bit warm since the door vents through the top of the door as well as in the top back of the unit but if shes using the top at the same time it will definitely get hotter also made sure the seal around the cabinet was good which it was and there was no error codes stored either cannot duplicate issue opt test ok.

"Cc unit water was cloudy for about 2 weeks when getting from dispenser, customer replaced water filter about 2-3 days after they started seeing the cloudy water, new filter has been in about 10 days now. Purged a couple glasses of water, fill up a glass, let sit, not cloudy. Filled up a glass from filter and a glass from sink to compare, water from fridge became clear in seconds when comparing. Ran diagnostics test, all ratings for water filter/usage/time test good. Called techline file number 773544907. Unit is good itself. Cloudiness caused by air in like. Could have been a new bad filter. Nothing to do with unit. Filter would be problem causing the cloudiness. Customer can always replace filter and purge as needed. Unit itself is good. Op Test Ok."
