Explained issue with water and how big the 1/4 line is and that after the first cup of water the rest will be warm unless they wait a couple of hours to dispense again will have to use ice. Door noise was the gasket dry rubbing when closing so I lubricated it with vaseline and gap is normal because thats where the water lines on the fridge come out of and need space when opening and closing door. "Cc some things on top shelf to second shelf in FF might freeze. Customer showed me one item that was frozen. It was in front of the air vent towards the back in the way of the airflow. There is a sign about blocking air vents, can cause items to freeze. Took temps. Reading 38-40* on top shelf, same with second shelf in FF. Freezer temp is reading -1 to 1* in FZ. Went into diagnostics. Test 1 and 2 thermistors pass. Test 3 FZ fan is good, air baffle motor is opening and closing. Went to test 7, changed defrost to auto 8 hours. Changed temps in FF to 40* and FZ to 3*. Advised customer 1 item or so wouldnt be an issue if set up in the airflow ways to cause it to freeze. Adjust where items are in FF side. Customer to monitor. If any more problems. Would looking into replacing air baffle motor and possible temp sensor in FF. As of now. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit still not producing ice Ran ice maker diagnostics, found code e5 for timed ice/thermistor. Customer stated the freezer has been frosting up since before last visit, they clear the frost and it comes back. Confirmed frost buildup around right side of freezer door. This could cause ice maker thermistor to read faulty if warm air is getting in to freezer. Cleared frost from freezer and door rails. Heated door gasket and stretched to ensure proper mate to cabinet. Door seal looks good. Power cycled unit to clear ice maker fault. Ran test 57 and 45, ice maker harvest and fill tests good. Advised customer monitor, unit should start producing ice within 24hrs."
