Also found thermistor was not on the suction line had came off. Reinstalled and zip tied it. Found that unit has a service pointer for the fan and tower for the moisture build up it forms not allowing proper air flow and rattling or vibrating sound. Ran an auto test, everything looked good. Cust said that the drain is slow in the sink and maybe water came back inside from the end of the drain hose. Explain cust that he can cut the drain because is too long. That will avoid getting water back to the unit. Water valve is working good."
