"Cc that unit was not filling and that he could hear the motor but it wouldnt do anything. Uni was unplugged when I arrived so I plugged it in and started a cycle and it started off good so I ran diagnostics and found error code F7E9 locked rotor F5E3 and F5E2 both for latch failure. So I took apart stator and rotor and everything looked good but I replaced the clutch and latch since i found the error codes tested unit and it was making a scratching sound when agitating looked inside and found quarter stuck between the tub and agitator removed it and tested it again but it was still scratching tried removing agitator but the screw was to tight and didnt want to break it will need to order agitator and screw but will order gear case with slider just incase the sound is coming from gear case after i check agitator. Checked vent and it was good its a short run so i was able to verify also had power but noticed that the neutral wire was loose and when i moved it the screw was hanging was split in half causing it not to make good connection. Cc that when shes using the dryer with the sensor mode it does not function only in timed dry and the lint screen will not sit all the way in the slot. Ohmed out the moisture sensors and they were open took apart unit and found one of the sensors disconnected plugged back in ohmed it out and it was reading now and for the lint screen I had the customer clean it because it was clogged up with softener and I cleaned out the lint from inside the dryer lint duct because it was clogged up causing the lint screen not to set in the slot correctly. Also recommended to change out the vent because there using the foil vent and to make sure its cleaned out because that could be why the dryer is clogging up with lint opt test ok.

Cc that unit started acting up and when you would use the microwave it would not show the time. So I pulled the unit out a bit to get the console off and checked all wiring and found that the units booklet for the wiring diagram was on top of the wires so I removed it and checked all wiring again and turned unit back on and it started working as should. Explained to keep an eye on it and if it happens again we will need to reorder the console.
