Cc that unit is overheating and shutting off mid-cycle. Ran a test cycle and unit passed checked for error codes and it was not displaying any error codes. So I started a quick dry which was for about 35mins to see what it would do or happen and unit ran perfectly and heated perfectly and it never stopped cannot duplicate issue. Recommended them that for mixed loads to make sure there using timed dry to avoid unit turning off before everything is dry on a auto dry.

Let know that I did not feel any rough or sharp parts. Nothing feels like its catching at all. Customer saying its the towels getting damaged. Techline went over customer making sure to use Towel Cycle, using correct load or a lesser load, use correct water options. Overloading is a big and common issue. Both had continuity, test heating element found to be open. Removed element and found it to be burnt and broken. Replaced element from truck stock, tested unit opt test good.; used 1 279838 (Heating element) from stock"

"Cc: thawing in freezerCustomer stated the unit started to thaw. They stated they put an ice container in unit after unit started to cool again and it did freeze the ice. Found temps in ff at 47 degrees, freezer at 10 degrees. Found error code f0316(3way valve cooling not dented in freezer evaporator) f0203(5 consecutive abnormal defrosts) f0304(freezer temperature exceeded 20 degrees). Found thermistors reading correct. Ran freezer cooling test. Found unit is cooling. Ran defrost test with feedback. Unit is defrosting. Built estimate for control. Advised customer to unplug unit and let thaw for 24hrs then restart unit.
