"Cc unit is moving out of place, on pedestal would move almost a foot away from wall (no leaks). Took washer off pedestal and still with load in on spin will move out of place a little every time. Customer also said getting SD code ( SD excessive detergent suds). Suspension rods test good. No shipping bolts. Ran a diagnostics cycle, good all components working, and no error codes. Called techline, went over first techs notes as far as unit not sitting all the way on pedestal. Techline suggest taking unit off pedestal if its rocking and not sitting correct. Level unit feet, also suggested buying and using anti vibration pads if needed to help with vibration and walking. Reason why unit will stop sometimes during cycle is sending feedback to control to see if it needs to add more additional time to help with wash.. As of today unit test good. Anymore questions customer can contact lowes or customer care."
