"Cc unit slowly fills up with water Customer left water in tub to show what their concern entails. Customer states this amount builds up slowly over time(approx a week). They just drain it out and use the unit as normal. No evidence of water seeping through valve, inlet valve was replaced on 8/1/24. Pressed cancel for drain out. Unit drained out properly, no backflow. Ran water at sink, no evidence of backflow through drain hose at this time. Drain hose is properly installed with a high loop. Based on parts replaced history and fact that customer stated it never really was fixed, advised customer to contact a plumber to inspect plumbing and monitor."
