"Cc unit not cooling, about a week ago took a hair dryer to ice build up behind the deli drawer. Took temps, FZ about 1-2* and FF about 42*, icemaker still able to make ice. Build up of frost around FF evap, a little bit up of frost on FZ evap. Calling techline. Went over thermistor replacement, went over diagnostics Test 7, went over SP W11092686. Followed SP. Some taps on evap cover are cracked, drip pan under evap has a crack as well. Most likely happened when evap was replaced in previous calls. Customer to not pay for damaged items, not caused by him. SP W11092686 covers labor only, S code S16360.. Techline also suggested steaming the the FZ evap as well. **2-3 count job to steam all frost; ordrng 1 W10633627 (Fan) and 1 WPW10277799 (Harness, thermistor) and 1 W11211387 (Cover) and 1 W11457241 (Drip pan)"

Cc that unit was making a loud sound when filling and when it gets to the end of the cycle it will make a humming sound and unit will be done with load already. So they just turn it off manually. Ran diagnostics and found a F5E2 error code for latch and for the loud sound in the beginning its the inlet valve that ate bad will need to be replaced and for the end of the cycle issue i ran a drain/spin and I could not duplicate issue it stopped and ended as should. Cc that unit doors were not flush and the crisper drawer setting lever was not working. Explained to that the door is like that because the floor is uneven and last time they had me level it and the doors are leveled but since i had to lift it from one side the cabinet tends to twist but unit is fine and for the lever it was out of place reinstalled it and started working as should opt test ok.

Cc that unit leaked water and it was going off balance. Looked in back since its new to make sure it didnt have the shipping bolts and it didnt so i ran diagnostics no error codes so ran test 12 and it passed. So we put some towels in the unit got them wet and ran a drain and spin to verify the spin cycle to see what happens and the pedestal moves a lot when starting the spin looked online and found that the pedestal the washer has is for a dryer so the back of the washer has like 2 to 3 inches in the air so its not supported properly and for the leak I cannot duplicate it took off the back and cant find any water stains customer stated he will get in contact with lowes about the pedestal opt test ok.
