Verified and unit is Cooling its just that the freezer door is sagging and the bottom of seal is coming off explained to customer that the door has to be raised a d the seal I can try to fix by adding silicone to help stay in place and would have to steam out freezer to get rid of frost and ice buildup around fan which is being blocked causing ff section not to cool. Gave customer estimate for labor but she thought it was just going to be service call and at the moment she doesnt have the money. Charged service call.

"Cc unit not cooling, frost buildup in back Customer stated they just had a service company out to replace the defrost heater element a few weeks ago, but unit is again not cooling. Found large frost buildup on evaporator, no airflow through unit. Pulled evaporator cover and tested thermistor value, found thermistor is reading 6.4k ohms, which equates to 42 degrees. Thermistor is out of range, will need replaced. Replaced thermistor using truck stock part. Steamed evaporator clear. Airflow restored to unit. Advised customer to allow several hours for unit to return to desired cooling. Op test good. ; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

Cc that unit works fine but when they use both at the same time they dont heat properly. Ran diagnostics and unit has a F1E1 error code for relay board again so I put bottom oven to preheat to 350* and unit was around 348* after 15mins of waiting. So I called techline spoke with Scott explained issue and gave him the parts I replaced last time and he said i replaced the upper board not the bottom but also stated the ui could be giving the issue as well which I had replaced last time hes saying the bottom control board and ui also to change out the temp sensors file#7735269860.
