There was about and inch step to get dishwasher out when raise legs up I was able to get it up the lip but it was hitting the counter top advice customer that they going to have to get some one to take unit out so I can replace heater but they want to get it fix today customer lift counter while I pull unit and some pieces on counter top broke also I had to disconnect electrical on unit cause it was too short Replace heater then put everything back together opt test ok it took two hours see if we could charge again cause of how difficult it was

Cc that unit is overheating and shutting off after a couple of minutes. Ran unit without vent on and checked temperatures and on A high setting it was reaching 197* cycling off and cycling back on at 167* let it run for a while and it never shut off but since the drive motor was sent I took part unit and replaced drive motor and blower wheel did notice that the drive motor was pretty hot but when I went to reinstall all parts noticed that the circulation vent inside the drum was blocked with a dryer sheet causing the issue also recommended customer to get the vent cleared out specially because its a long travel and going up to the roof of the building. Opt test ok.

Checked for error codes and theres no error codes checked agitator and basket and there perfectly fine asked customer how much clothes are they using to fill up washer and he stated that almost to the top so I explained to him that he doesnt want to fill it no more than halfway because if not his going to have issues and also making sure hes using the right cycle and soil level for the clothes hes washing also had to level unit because it was tilted forward called tech line to document issue spoke with Chris and explained issue and he stated if theres no error codes and agitator is not warped and nothing sharp around basket its a users error specially if there over filling unit explained to customer no more than 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load, opt test ok."

"Cc unit banging around, unit was not hooked up, customer pulled out unit out and put the new one in. Hooked up water hoses and tested. Noticed basket sitting further back. Readjusted front legs down to let basket sit more in middle. Went into diagnostics. Had a long fill error code. Checked and both valves are good, water filling correctly. Ran a test diagnostics, good. All components working. Ran a quick cycle with load of towels in. No banging, let cycle agitate. Ran a drain and spin cycle. Showed customer, unit is working correctly. Make sure to not over load and to evenly distribute clothes. Also will advise to zip tie and put styrofoam on drain hose to avoid it hitting cabinet of washer or wall. Unit is working correctly. Op Test Ok."

Verified diagnostic and unit only had an F0E3 error code which its an overload explained to customer and she stated she was not aware of it she thought since its a commercial washer she can fill it all the way explained that a full load is 6 to 8 regular bath towels started a cycle with customer and explained to her that if she wants more water she would have to use the deep water wash so we started a cycle in the deep water wash and unit started filling with more water like she wanted so I let it start to wash to make sure it was fine and it was opt test ok.
