Asked customer about frost forming inside freezer section, she stated yes all the time. Cleaned rails and lubricated with silicone. Door fully closing with soft close and sealing. Dropped temperatures in freezer to -2 degrees. Advised customer to monitor ice production for 48 hours."

Cc that unit keeps shutting off and has a error code of F3E4 compressor thermistor open/ shorted called BJ because its the same issue as last time so BJ asked me to check with techline to see what they say so I spoke with Kurt from whirlpool and we did so e tests and said the thermistor should do the trick because we put unit in a low heat on timed dry and unit ran for a longer time unit will need compressor thermistor replaced. Gave customer estimate and stated they will call whirlpool to see what they can do for them because unit is only a little over a year old customer said whirlpool told them service call is covered because of having the same issue again. ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor)

"Cc that unit some times shuts off and takes too long to turn on and a weird noise from the side of unit. Arrived and unit is working as should has the temperatures perfect freezer at 0* and ff section at 38* and the noise was the water valve when the ice maker calls for water but they do not have the water hooked up so i shut the ice maker off. For the cooling issue I explained to customer it could be the defrost timer getting stuck or thermostat so I called BJ explained issue and said it could be the thermostat and since its working as should at the moment to have the customer monitor for now and if issue happens again to have the customer tap on the thermostat knob on the ff section and if it kicks on unit will need thermostat replaced. Left as estimate just in case thats the issue. Opt test ok.; ordrng 1 WP2198202 (Thermostat), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"
