Ran diagnostics and checked for error codes and it had an F7E6 error code motor fault, ran a agitation for about 25 seconds and motor was functioning perfectly did a spin as well and the hub was not stripped either looked underneath washer and everything looked good made sure actuator was functioning and it was as well so I ran a auto test and calibration and explained to customer that I cant find a issue with unit to monitor it for now and if it happens again they will need drive motor because it could be overheating or the actuator is working intermittently because its only happening sometimes and customer states unit is not going off balance and suspension is good as well. Ran agitate and spin test, when running spin test, drain pump started momentarily then unit powered down. Checked resistance of drain pump, found reading 3.1 ohms, basically shorted. Unit will need another main control and the drain pump will need replaced. New pump is still here at the customers, was never installed on previous visits.
