Ran another 15 mins on Sensor more dry, same, good, cycling on and off. Went outside to check vent airflow, good. Short run from basement to outside. Just advised to not stuff unit with clothes, make sure to use correct time. Also if doing a big cover or blanket. Might have to turn it inside out and run more than once if needed to dry unit is good and working properly. Put a load of clothes in before leaving, set to Heavy Dry (65/70 mins) on timed dry. Customer to monitor. Good. Op Test Ok."

Reclaimed refrigerant and started to replace the drier filter and 3 way valve and noticed that the steel line for the drier filter was kinked a little so when I went to move it so I could be able to cut it the line cracked at the kink causing me having to cut it higher but did not have enough space to put my tubing cutter or try to do a lock ring called whirlpool tech line spoke with Andrew explained issue and sent pictures as well stated that unit is not repairable and to have the customer call consumer assist.

Cc that unit was not preheating. Verified and ignitors are not sparking in the oven took out unit to inspect wiring and looked good so i removed gas valve connector ohmed it out and the were good checked dsi board disconnect plugs reconnected plugged unit back in and unit started working as should. Explained to customer it couldve been a loose connection or a glitch on the dsi board. Unit working fine recommended customer to monitor for now if anything to give us a call back opt test ok.

Cc that unit at least once a week it will give an F1E1 error code and he unplugs it resets it and it starts working again. Ran diagnostics and confirmed unit has the error code which stands for ACU failure so I made sure all wiring and connectors were good and they were so I replaced the main control board made sure error code was not stored ran a test cycle and passed explained to customer to monitor it for now and if anything to give us a call.
