Cc that her temperatures were not keeping up they were like 25* less than what she was setting it to. Customer was showing me the thermometer she was using and explained to her that she does not want to use those because they are slow reacting and will not give an accurate reading. Also found that she had a lot of metal cookie sheets in the warming drawer which I explained to her that for these spark igniters ovens you dont want to fill up the drawer with metal stuff because the igniter can tend to spark there instead of sparking at the burner. Tested unit by preheating unit to 350* let it cycle a couple of times than checked the temperature and it was around 320* customer than explained she was messing with the calibration for the oven and when I checked she had it a -25* explained to her that why its reading so low so I set the calibration to normal tested unit again and the temperatures were around 352* to 360* unit working as should. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit arcing from ventRan dryer op test for several minutes, did not see anything abnormal. Stopped and restarted cycle several times. After several minutes, arcing was occurring inside vent tube. Unit would then go into pause mode, and could not be restarted. When taking vent tube off unit, unit would then power down. Checked voltage at terminal block on unit. Found L1 to N reading 194v, L2 to N reading 76v. Unit lost N after running for awhile, and picked up vent tube as new N path. Advised customer they have a power issue and will need an electrician to inspect."

"Cc that he went to dry so e towels and set the timer on timed dry at 70mins and it never moved and there was no hot air. Tested unit by putting it on 70mins on timed dry and waited to see id the timer would move and to see if it would heat and unit was heating and timer was moving as should. But since hes been having problems with heating I replaced the thermal fix, hi limit and cutoff switch incase the thermal fix is working intermittently and made sure the heating element was not grounded as well. Tested unit again to make sure everything is functioning. Opt test ok.; used 1 Wp3387134 (Thermal fix), 1 279769 (THERMAL CUTOF), and 1 WP3977767 (Hi limit) from stock"

Cc that unit did not spin out her quilt which was a queen size and her washer was by the dryer when she went to the basement to check on her load. Noticed the washer is not leveled properly so I leveled it than Ran diagnostics and unit had an F0E9 error code off balance load which is why her load was all wet when she checked it unit paused itself after going off balance and when they went to check on the load it was all wet explained to customer if that happens again and they hear it to pause the unit rearrange the clothes and start it again or if its all wet when they get there to run a drain and spin instead of having to do it by hand ran a test cycle on unit and everything passed. Opt test ok.
