Advised customer that once unit starts, that you do not need to go in to feel water, water temp changes and can vary when opening up and trying to catch temp. No error codes. Ran diagnostics, unit valves are set right, cold is cold and hot is hot. Advised customer that whatever setting you put the temp on besides Tap Cold or will be a mixture. Cold temp will have hot or cool water come in, Hot Temp will have cold or cool water come in. Normal that way, needs to reach a certain temperature so thats why different water temps come into unit. Ran diagnostics and calibration. Good. Unit is functioning normally. Op Test Ok"

Verified and fan was off again, removed board and the connector on board if you would move it the fan would turn on and turn off so I removed connector and reseated wires and tried wiggling it around and fan stayed on this time explained to customer it couldve been the wire connection on the boards connection but if it happens again he would need control board replaced and board is discontinued so would not be able to repair unit. ; ordrng 1 2307028 (Board (discontinued))"

"Cc that unit is making the noise and it has a smell. Found noise at the compressor area from condenser lines vibrating. Used zipties to hold the line. Verify unit inside. Cant find something that can cause the smell. Drip pan has a little bit of water, not moldy just from defrosting cycles. Advice to use baking soda inside unit to remove smell. But smells like something has gotten bad, cust said they got ride of everything 3 times and still smell something . Op test ok"
