Customer had taken all the product out of the freezer, he said it was covered in frost and the food was not frozen. Found small amount of frost/ice build up in freezer. Ran manual diagnostics functions, checked fan, compressor and damper operation. No abnormal sounds heard, all functions tested good. Checked door gaskets for proper closing and sealing. Both check good. No issues found at this time. Suspect possible door was left open/wasnt closed properly and allowed condensation/frosting in freezer section, but as of now, issue is not being found. Advised customer to monitor."

Test cycle completed, heater turned on at the end. No faults after cycle. Found customer is not using rinse aid. Advised using rinse aid for better drying performance. Started normal cycle, unit filled and started washing. Let run for 10 minutes, noticed several times the diverter did not complete its switch to the other spray, unit was basically pumping deadheaded. Unit would then drain and restart the fill.
