Cc that the she left a bag of ice on top of the range and forgot about it because she had to go to the hospital and there was water on the cook top she states that the top oven was not working after that and the console would just beep. So I tested all the top burners and they worked perfectly and the ovens were both working as well pressed every button on the display and they were working perfectly so I preheated the bottom oven to make sure and it preheated and it did perfectly and the top oven I preheated it to 350* and it preheated so i tested it about 3 times to make sure it would turn on every time which it did. Unit is working as designed had customer with me so she can see everything was working and checked for error codes and no faults were displayed explained to her it couldve been a glitch on the control but right now unit is working perfectly no issues at all.

Cc that unit leaks a lot of water from underneath when using it. So I started a wash cycle to test unit and let the washer fill all the way to the top let it agitate and spin also drain and did it about 3 times no signs of water so I removed the cabinet to look at all the components underneath and there was no signs of water stains anywhere on the unit or the transmission it was all dry and all the other components as well only noticed that from the utility tub the customer has a sock on the end of the drain hose and it fills up with water causing it to back up and come out the top and leak onto the floor. Recommended customer to remove sock and use a mesh one and to make sure she cleans out or replaces it when it gets full of lint cannot find any other leaks Opt test ok.

Cc that her clothes had black stains on it but now it hasnt done it anymore but she wanted to make sure unit was fine. So I ran a cycle to let it fill and agitate to see if the water would get dirty or anything out of the ordinary but the water was clean. Explained to customer that it couldve been something left on her clothes and ended up getting washed and didnt notice but unit is clean cannot find anything that the unit wouldve caused it. Recommended her to use the clean washer with affresh or white vinegar to sanitize and clean the tub and she had me start the cycle for her to clean her washer with white vinegar. Cc that unit is not spinning out her clothes properly. Ran diagnostics and no error codes ran a manual agitation in diagnostics and a high spin as well and they were both running perfectly. So to test it I ran a rinse/spin with some clothes and unit drained and spun the clothes out perfectly cannot find issue with unit. Explained to customer that it couldve been an off balance load and thats why she found her clothes all wet at the end but unit is working as should at the moment and recommended that a full load is 6 to 8 regular bath towels and 2 tablespoons of detergent should be enough to wash her clothes. Cc that unit keeps getting an F1 error code right after a lightning struck his tree on his yard. Confirmed unit displays an F1 error indicating a error on the control circuitry and on the error code explanation asks you to test the temp sensor and if its good to replace the control board tested the sensor and the sensor is open has no readings. Unit will need temp sensor replaced had one in truck with same connector length tested it but same issue again unit will need both control and temp sensor replaced. Looked up control and it is discontinued BJ tried looking nationwide and cannot find part explained to customer and charged service call. ; ordrng 1 12001655 (Temp sensor) and 1 74004989 (Control board)
