Cc that the light bulb was not working and the door sometimes stays opened causing unit not to start. Changed the light bulb and light started functioning and for the door i noticed that if they close the door just by holding the bottom corner of the door there engaging the bottom switch but not the top one causing the issue explained to the customer to always close by the middle part of the door to properly close door and engage both switches tested the way they were having problems and the way I explained to them to do it and it worked every time perfectly but if they close the door by the bottom corner they will have issues. Verified error codes and the only error code i saw was F0E2 over suds which can cause issues asked customer what detergent he uses and said tide pods and he uses 3 pods per load explained to him thats why he has the error code recommended only 1 pod to prevent issues with unit, so I ran a test cycle and unit passed perfectly also showed customer to make sure the spin is set correctly when starting the cycle to spin out the clothes correctly and not to overload the unit. Took temperatures and on the top shelf it was at 36* and the other parts at 40* to 41* which she had the temp set to 40* Explained to customer the way the shelf is set to the highest given it a couple of inches of space only and the vent being right there if anything is there for to long it will definitely start to freeze or slush up the only way would be to lower shelf to give it more space for the air to flow or put stuff that she uses a lot and not give it time to freeze if she doesnt want to lower the shelf. So i looked inside unit and noticed the filter was clogged up with food and grease customer never knew how to removed filter to clean so I explained to her how to remove it and she cleaned it all up and showed her how to reinstall it as well explained to her that if she doesnt clean filter shes going to be cleaning her dishes with dirty water causing the issue she having also noticed hot water takes a while to get so recommended her to prime the hot water first before starting the dishwasher. After reinstalling filter i used the 4 cup method on the top rack to make sure pump is pushing the water around properly and it was. Opt test ok.

"Cc that the unit have sometimes the clothes soaking wet. Today had a load in. It just finished when I arrived . Clothes are good. Cust thinks is not too good, needs to be more dry. And they are damp. Ran diag, no error codes. Found normal had spin off , showed cust she said she uses towels because is a shorter time. Verify motor winding, pass all 13 to 15ohms. Verify drain pump, pass. Ran auto test, pass. Called whirlpool tech line spoke to Scott file number he said that also too much detergent can prevent unit from spinning because it cant spin suds. Op test ok"

Cc that unit leaks from both corners but not all the time. Looked at seal and doesnt looked ripped or anything so I ran unit to see if it would leak and it wasnt leaking but I noticed that the wash arms were pretty clogged up with food So I took the off and and tried to clear them up as much as i could than put four cups on the top rack to see if the pump was pushing water evenly and it was all cups were full evenly. So I explained to the customer to try it out later on too see if issue is fixed by clearing out the arms but the unit is not leaking for me and that and the bottom seal of the door being dirty which she said she will clean off is the only issue i saw. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was making a sound but now unit is not doing anything at all. Verified and temps are at 69* on both sections only lights are on but compressor and fans are not running at all and customer states its been like that for a while because they couldnt find someone to come out from stewards appliance. So i Tried running test 4 in diagnostics and nothing happens the three way valve or fan were working so I disconnected the unit to see if it would reset and unit started up as should after resetting all fans and compressor started running waited a while to see frost pattern in ff section which was where unit was working on at the moment and it had a perfect frost pattern waited a little more to check temps and in the ff section temperature was at 45* already it looks like the main control board had a glitch explained to customer to put a bottle of water in both sections and to wait 24hrs for proper cooling and if unit starts acting up again and same issue happens he will need control board replaced.
