Ran diagnostics and and tried a agitation and it would not agitate so I looked underneath unit and found that the belt came off from overloading the unit. So I replaced cam, belt, and actuator and explained to customer the issue they were having and also recommended to keep load 7 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 2 to tablespoons of detergent should be enough to wash his clothes. Cc that unit started doing the same thing. When arrived the unit was displaying a message that unit was draining please remove clothes so i tried cancelling and nothing would happen tried unplugging unit and it was still displaying the same message so when i went to move the basket the unit shut off and than let me use the display so I replaced the harness ran a calibration and a diagnostics cycle and passed also had the customer put a load in and let it start to see what it would do and it was filling sensing and washing good no codes popped up. Opt test ok.
